WHEN SHOULD I RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?

We recommend securing your date as soon as possible. Wedding dates during the peak season months of April-November can fully book up to 1 year in advance.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?

A signed contract and $100 non-refundable/non-transferable retainer is required upfront to reserve your wedding date. The retainer will be deducted from the final balance on the wedding day.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Payment for the remaining balance and any additional fees are all due 2 WEEKS prior to the wedding. Any additional fees or services that are added on the day of, must be paid in full before the stylist leaves.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE PER PERSON?

The bridal style typically takes 1 hour and all other guests will be scheduled for 35 minutes per person. If any bridesmaids, mothers, or attendants are wearing hair extensions or have long/thick hair, an extra 15 minutes or more will need to be applied to their appointment time.

DO YOU COME TO ME OR DO I COME TO YOU?

All wedding day services take place at the location of the brides choosing. We also offer the option for services to take place in our studio space in Tulsa, for bridal parties of 1-3 people.  Bridal trials take place in Tulsa at Sam's studio space in The Farm Shopping Center at 51st & Sheridan.

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY BRIDAL TRIAL?

We recommend scheduling your trial to take place 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. This makes sure the bride has plenty of time to decide on a style, and also because having similar weather to your wedding day, will help us to better test the longevity of your hair style.

HOW LONG DOES THE TRIAL LAST?

Bridal trials take anywhere from 1 hour to 1.5 hours. This time is allotted for one style. Each additional style is $75, as extra time will need to be added. Please feel free to bring any hair accessories you would like to try on with your style!

CAN I DO A TRIAL BEFORE SECURING MY DATE?

Yes, trials that are held before booking your date are $100. Please be aware however that dates are not held without a retainer, so there is no guarantee your date will remain open prior to securing it.

IS A BRIDAL TRIAL REQUIRED?

We do not require a trial but we HIGHLY recommend one. If you are unable to do a bridal trial, we will add additional time on the wedding day to ensure a detailed consultation.

WHY DOES THE BRIDE COST MORE THAN THE REST OF THE BRIDAL PARTY?

Bridal styles are more elaborate, detailed, and take double the time of everyone else.

IF I HAVE SHORTER OR LONGER HAIR, WILL THE PRICING CHANGE?

All rates posted are final and will not increase or decrease based on the length or texture of hair.

DO YOU PROVIDE STYLING FOR JR.BRIDESMAIDS & FLOWER GIRLS?

Jr. Bridesmaids and Bridesmaids are the same rate as they have the same amount of hair as the bridesmaids, therefore take the same amount of time. Flower girl pricing is for 10 + under.

DO YOU REQUIRE A SERVICE MINIMUM?

Wedding day bookings in the Tulsa area must meet a 5 service minimum (bride + 4). Weddings that are held outside of the Tulsa area require a 6 minimum. Please see below for information regarding the service minimum fee.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MEET THE SERVICE MINIMUM? DO YOU MAKE EXCEPTIONS?

We try our best to not book more than 1 wedding per day, so when a bride reserves a date, we save that date for her alone & close that date to other inquiring brides. This allows us to give each of our brides, our full attention.  For this reason a service minimum is required. If you are unable to meet the service minimum, an additional fee will be added. Please reach out for a quote - as the additional service minimum fee will depend on the location of services and the total number of hair services you will have.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CHANGE MY WEDDING DATE BUT HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED A CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT?

Deposits are non-transferable. When you are reserving your wedding date, you are reserving that specific date.  If you need to change your wedding date for any reason, we require a new deposit and an updated contract signed for the new wedding date.

SHOULD MY HAIR BE CLEAN OR DIRTY?

Contrary to belief that dirty hair is best, we very much prefer and are so thankful when you and your bridal party arrive with CLEAN and fully dried hair!

ARE YOU ABLE TO TRAVEL TO 2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?

Yes, however we don’t usually recommend this, as it will add time to the schedule and runs the risk of us running behind.  If traveling to a second location is required, additional fees will apply.

HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU DO PER DAY?

We prefer to only take one wedding per day. This allows us to give our brides our full attention and time.
